Last week I had the opportunity to visit with ten Family Promise Affiliates in my region. One of the most common topics of conversation, regardless of Affiliate size or location, was the need for a case management solution. A way to not only capture data easily but also create reports that help tell the story of all the work happening at the Affiliate. That’s where FamilyLink comes in! You’ve been hearing about FamilyLink since last year, but now we have Affiliates actually using the platform. Twelve Affiliates participated in the pilot earlier this year and are now fully onboarded.  

Nick Taylor is the Director of Family Services at Family Promise of Bell County in Texas, who participated in the pilot, shared that Family Link has enhanced their programmatic efficiency in several ways.

“It has streamlined processes related to managing our waiting list, conducting intakes, and maintaining documentation. And, the platform has improved our ability to access and review program data in a centralized, easily accessible format.” 

Family Link has helped Family Promise of Athens in Georgia better coordinate services for their diversion programming. Hannah Dolan is the Prevention Coordinator there and says,

“My favorite part of Family Link is its ability to keep track of services. By the time we exit a family from our program, we have a comprehensive summary of services.” 

Thank you to Family Promise of Athens, Family Promise of Bell County, and all our other pilot Affiliates listed below. Their early adoption has helped us ensure Family Link hits the mark of what Affiliates truly need in a case management platform. Their valuable feedback has shaped Family Link and now we’re ready for the next group of Affiliates to get started.

This week, 24 more Affiliates will join Family Link. Throughout the remainder of 2025 we will be onboarding more Affiliates, while providing the highest level of support to enable Family Link to become a part of daily operations.
